Yes. The Exposure Clip for QR Handlebar Bracket fits onto Exposure's quick release handlebar bracket and takes the Sirius, Joystick, Axis, Diablo and Equinox. One light can then do helmet duty on the trail and bar duty on the commute. Mount it with the light on top of the bar.
Yes, if it charges through the round barrel port. Exposure Chargers come in a car version for a 12 V socket, a 240V smart charger for home and a USB cable for a laptop or power bank, all under one listing. Lights with a USB-C port use a USB-C cable instead.

Chargers and battery spares
Exposure Chargers come in 240V, car (12 V) and USB cable versions for lights with the round barrel port. The Piggy Back Battery Connector is the spare adaptor for charging an Exposure Support Cell. For newer lights with a USB-C port, the Exposure Charge Cable runs USB-A to USB-C from a wall block, laptop or power bank.
Lights for Australian night riding
Winter after-work laps at Nerang or Stromlo mean a bar light and a helmet light, and a spare bracket makes swapping between bikes quick. For lights, see Exposure Lights and all bike lights.
