Shipping Timeframes
  • Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. If there’s any delay, we’ll let you know.
  • Peak periods may extend dispatch times by 24–48 hours. We do our best to minimise delays.
  • Orders marked ‘In Stock – ships within 5 business days’ will be processed as quickly as possible. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary depending on supplier shipping speed.
  • Back-orders / Pre-orders: We’ll contact you directly to discuss your options and timeframes.

 

Delivery Estimates

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days from dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days from dispatch

New Zealand:

  • Orders usually ship within 3 business days — please add this time to your delivery estimate
  • Shipping times vary and we’re unable to provide exact timelines

 

Bulky Items
  • Bulky items are not included in the above shipping rates
  • Final shipping cost will be quoted at checkout
  • Please use a physical address — we can’t deliver bulky items to PO Boxes

Lost or Damaged Items in Transit

Once your parcel is with the carrier, it becomes your responsibility to track it and report any issues directly to the carrier. The carrier is responsible for investigating and compensating for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.

We cannot offer replacements, refunds, or compensation for items lost by the carrier. Once a parcel leaves our facility, the carrier assumes full responsibility for its safe and timely delivery.
