Both fold into three sections. Z poles, such as the Distance Carbon Z, are a fixed length, so you choose your size when you buy. FLZ poles add a FlickLock+ top section for about 15 cm of adjustment. A 110 cm Distance Carbon Z pair weighs 264 g, against 336 g for the closest FLZ.
Some are fully sealed. The Storm+ 750 and Distance 1500 are rated IP67, tested for 30 minutes under 1 m of water. The Deploy 325 is IPX4, which handles rain and sweat but not swimming. Check each product page for the rating of the model you want.
