Killa Performance Swimming Goggles

The Orca Killa Performance Swimming Goggles are hydrodynamic racing goggles for pool and open-water competition. A three-dimensional silicone gasket fits different face shapes with little pressure, and every lens carries a long-lasting anti-fog coating and UV 380 protection and meets ISO 18527-3; and you choose between clear, smoke and gold mirror lenses to match the light.

Fit and seal

Race goggles live or die on the seal, because nobody wants to stop at the first turn buoy to empty them. The Killa Performance uses an ergonomic, three-dimensional silicone gasket that fits different face shapes and reduces pressure around the eyes while keeping water out. The design minimises friction with the water, which is what you want when you are chasing seconds in the swim leg. A split head strap with a rear clip sits across the back of the head, as pictured.

Lens and vision

Every lens option meets ISO 18527-3 and blocks UV up to 380 nm, so your eyes are covered on a bright morning swim at Main Beach or a midday race in the sun.

• Clear Black: clear lens in a black frame, for indoor pools, overcast days and dawn starts.
• Smoke Black: smoke-tinted lens that takes the edge off glare outdoors.
• Gold Mirror: mirrored lens for bright sun and glare off the water, the pick for open-water racing in full sun.

Fogging

Orca gives the Killa Performance a long-lasting anti-fog coating that prevents the goggles fogging up, so sighting stays clear through a full race or a hard pool session.

Looking after it

Rinse in cool fresh water after every swim, especially after salt water or chlorine, and let the goggles air dry out of direct sun. Never wipe the inside of the lens, which strips the anti-fog coating, and carry them in a case so the mirrored and tinted lenses do not get scratched in your bag.
