Yes, HeadLamp 425 is IPX4 Storm Safe. You can do pretty much anything except swim with it (ie don't submerge in water).

How do I clean the HeadLamp 800?
The headband of Headlamp can be hand-washed with a mild detergent or dish soap and water. We recommend dampening a sponge and wiping down the inside of the band.

Does this headlamp feature a lock mode?
Yes, press and hold for 8 seconds and it with flash twice. Now it won't turn on accidentally in your pack or transit. To unlock, press and hold for 8 seconds again.

What is the color temperature of the HeadLamp 800? How about the CRI?
5700 for spot and flood. 90 CRI for flood, 70 CRI for spot.
