Description

Who it's for

Riders going genuinely fast in genuine darkness. 6000 lumens is not a commuting number - this is for off-road descending at speed, where how fast you ride is decided by how far ahead you can see. Night enduro, 24-hour racing, technical singletrack in winter.

Brightness and runtime together

Seven customisable programs spanning 2 to 36 hours. Two hours is what the full 6000 lumens costs; 36 is what a sensible trail output gives back. Setting the program to the ride rather than working through a fixed mode sequence is what makes one light cover both a two-hour smash and a twelve-hour event.

The colour OLED display shows mode, output and runtime remaining, so you are reading a number instead of guessing from a battery LED.

Beam shape

Six emitters, and this is what separates it from a cheaper light claiming the same lumens. One focused 12-degree spot throws far enough down the trail to give you time to react at speed; five 16-degree beams fill in the width around it. A single emitter at this output either throws a narrow hot spot with black either side, or floods your front wheel and shows you nothing at distance.

Charging and battery

The battery is integrated into the body - no separate pack, no cable to your frame bag, nothing to snag. That is why the whole thing is 403 g.

Mounting

Supplied with a quick-release handlebar bracket on Exposure's award-winning cleat system, off in seconds without tools. Additional mounting options cover other cockpit setups.

Weather resistance

IP67 for water and dust, IK09 for impact, in a CNC-machined 6063 aluminium body finished in hard anodised gunmetal grey. That is a build specification you rarely see stated at all.

FAQ's

How long does it run at full power?
The seven programs span 2 to 36 hours. Two hours is roughly what full 6000 lumen output costs; a trail setting stretches far longer.

Why six emitters instead of one?
Six emitters split the job. A 12-degree spot throws distance so you can react at speed, while five 16-degree beams light the width around it.

Is it too bright for road riding?
At full output, yes. 6000 lumens is built for off-road descending in the dark. Use a lower program on lit roads and around other people.

Is there a separate battery pack?
No. The battery is integrated into the 403 g body, so there is no external pack or cable to route and snag.

How does it mount?
A quick-release handlebar bracket on Exposure's cleat system, which comes off in seconds without tools.

Will it survive rain and crashes?
IP67 for water and dust and IK09 for impact, in a CNC-machined 6063 aluminium body with a hard anodised finish.
