Exposure Six Pack Mk15 Bike Light

The Exposure Six Pack Mk15 is an off-road bike light that reaches 6000 lumens from six LEDs: a 12-degree spot surrounded by five 16-degree beams. The battery is built into the 403 g machined aluminium body, it runs 2 to 36 hours depending on mode, charges by USB-C and is rated IP67.

Who it's for

Mountain bikers riding off-road in the dark who want the most light on the bars without a separate battery. This is a handlebar light built for trails, not a commuting light.

Brightness and runtime together

Runtime spans 2 to 36 hours depending on the mode you choose. The full 6000 lumens comes in the Reflex mode: Reflex 2.0 lifts the output when you are moving fast or descending and drops it on slow sections. One review gives the manual modes a peak of 4240 lumens.

The colour OLED display shows the current mode and an estimate of runtime left in hours and minutes, which is easier to plan around than a battery LED.

Beam shape

Six emitters share the job. A focused 12-degree spot in the centre throws light down the trail so you have time to react at speed, and five 16-degree beams around it fill in the width.

Charging and battery

The battery sits inside the light's body, so there is no separate pack and no cable to route to your frame. It charges over USB-C, and the same port can top up a phone or GPS from the light.

Mounting

The supplied quick-release handlebar bracket uses Exposure's cleat system: the clamp fits with a 4 mm hex key, and the light then comes off without tools.

Weather resistance

IP67 for water and dust, in a machined aluminium body that also acts as the heatsink.
