What is the correct backpack size for me?

To ensure optimum protection and fit, we recommend to select a backpack based on your torso length and hip circumference. Below you will find detailed information on measuring the two lengths and the resulting backpack size.
As no two people arere built alike, it can be difficult to determine the right size for you.

Are the backpacks waterproof?

Our backpacks are water repellent. Our outer material is double-coated with PU on both sides, and the outer side has been treated with a water-resistant coating that ensure that water cannot enter the inside of the backpack too fast. However, as we do not weld the seams and zippers, we cannot guarantee that water will not enter the inside of the backpack, especially in heavy rain and long-term rain.

Can I use my EVOC BIKE / SNOW backpack for winter and summer sports?

Yes, our backpacks are designed in such a way that you can use them in summer and in winter.
If you want to use your backpacks in both seasons, you will not be able to benefit from sport-specific features though, like the pockets for your avalanche stuff or the bike specific tool pocket!

Can I use my EVOC PROTECTOR BACKPACK for other types of sport as well?

No, EVOC back protectors are only certified for biking and for use in winter sports. This means that we cannot guarantee that the back protector offers the same protection for other sports as it does for biking and winter sports.

Are EVOC PROTECTOR BACKPACKS compatible with a neck brace?

Unfortunately, our PROTECTOR backpacks are not compatible with a neck brace. When using a neck brace, the neck extension of the neck brace and the EVOC protector would lie on top of each other, which may impact on the EVOC protector's function.
