Casual Backpack

The Orca Casual Backpack is a 22 L daypack for work, study and travel. A laptop compartment takes up to a 15-inch machine, a central compartment holds lunch and snacks, a front pocket keeps small things handy and a side pocket carries your water bottle. It measures 32 x 42 x 20 cm and rides on top of your suitcase at the airport.

Who it's for

People who carry a laptop every day and want the same bag for the weekend away. Picture the morning ferry into the city with a laptop, a lunch box and a drink bottle on your back, then Friday afternoon in the check-in queue with that same pack riding on your wheelie case. It is built for the commute, the office, the lecture theatre and the plane.

Capacity, and what actually fits

At 22 litres there is room for a full working day: laptop up to 15 inches, a notebook or tablet beside it, your charger, lunch, a light jacket and a water bottle. A separate organiser bag comes with the pack for cables, chargers, a mouse or headphones, so the small things stay together instead of sinking to the bottom.

How it carries

The panel that sits against your lower back is soft and cushioned, and the shape is designed for comfort on the walk from the station or through a terminal. On the back, an elastic band slides over the extended handle of a suitcase, so the pack sits on the case and your shoulders get a break.
