Womens Josie Ski Pant

The XTM Josie Ski Pant is a black women's softshell ski pant in a 100% recycled polyester 3-layer fabric, rated HydroVENT20+ for 20,000 mm waterproofing and 20,000 g/m2 breathability. The knitted fabric stretches four ways, a fleece lining is bonded to the inside, and lower leg zips open over your boots. Sizes 8 to 18.

Who it's for

The Josie is for skiers who want a pant that moves like a legging and keeps out the weather like a shell. When the wind picks up and the snow comes sideways, the 20,000 mm rated softshell keeps you dry, and the bonded fleece inside keeps you warm without a separate insulating layer. We stock it because it gives you real weather protection in a pant that does not feel like armour.

Waterproofing and breathability

The Josie carries XTM's HydroVENT20+ rating: 20,000 mm waterproof and 20,000 g/m2 breathable. The breathability matters on a pant this close to you, letting warmth escape on the hard runs so you stay dry from the inside as well.

Fit and layering

4-way stretch knitted fabric and articulated knees let you flex, crouch and drive your shins into your boots without the pant pulling. The waistband is lightly elasticised at the centre back, and the front closes with a YKK fly zip and an internal snap. At the ankle, lower leg zips with a stretch gusset open the hem to go over your ski boots, and elasticised boot gaiters inside seal around the boot so snow stays out.
