XTM Performance women's quarter-zip fleece pullover in 260 gsm wool-rich grid fleece: 65% merino wool, 31% recycled polyester and 4% elastane. Regular fit, sizes 8 to 18, and cut for walking. The grid on the inside of the fabric holds warmth close without adding bulk, and the smooth outer face slides easily under a shell.
Who it's for
Women who want one warm layer that covers a whole trip: the chilly first hour out of Ronny Creek, a windy lunch stop on the Razorback, the evening at camp. It breathes when the pace picks up and insulates when you stop. Merino is naturally odour resistant, so this is a top you can wear day after day on a multi-day trek and still be welcome in the hut.
Fit and layering
Regular fit, neither slim nor relaxed. It follows the shape of the body with room to move, so a thermal top fits underneath and a rain jacket fits over it. Articulated sleeves move with you when you are using poles or reaching overhead. Back length is 66 cm on a size 10.

The grid fleece is 65% merino wool, 31% recycled polyester and 4% elastane at 260 gsm, using 19.5 micron merino. You get wool's temperature regulation and odour resistance, with recycled polyester for durability and elastane for stretch. The fabric is certified as a Woolmark Wool Rich Blend.
Packability and weight
Average weight is 293 g. That makes it an easy layer to carry on a day walk in case the weather turns, and a light one to live in on a longer trip.
