XTM Performance Sawtell Mens Softshell Pant is a stretch softshell pant in recycled polyester with a PFAS-free DWR coating. It has an articulated leg, internal waist adjustment, a side pocket with mesh lining for ventilation, waist pockets with a coin pocket and back patch pockets, closing with a metal tack button and a YKK zip. The shell is a recycled polyester stretch softshell with a PFAS-free DWR coating. XTM rate it 2 of 4 for warmth, 2 of 4 for waterproofing and 2 of 4 for breathability, so it is not a rain pant: pack waterproof overpants for a full day in the rain.

For storage there are waist pockets with a coin pocket, back patch pockets, and a side pocket with mesh lining for ventilation, which XTM's photos show with a zip. A metal tack button and a YKK main zip finish the front. The Sawtell is a certified carbon neutral product.
