Sapporo II Womens Snow Mitt

XTM Sapporo II Womens Snow Mitt is a warm, waterproof women's mitt for skiing and snowboarding, a mitt rather than a five-finger glove, so your fingers share one cosy space. It has 240 g Thinsulate soft fill on the back of the hand and 160 gsm in the palm, an XtremeTex15+ breathable liner, a 100% recycled polyester stretch shell with a PFAS-free DWR finish, a zipped heat pocket and touch screen compatibility. Black, Almond, White or Indigo, in sizes XS to L.

Who it's for

Women whose fingers go numb on the chairlift. Take them for a bluebird day at Charlotte Pass, a blizzard morning at Mt Buller or a night skiing session at Falls Creek. XTM rate the Sapporo II 3 of 4 for warmth, 3 of 4 for waterproofing and 2 of 4 for dexterity on their own scale, so warmth and waterproofing rate higher than dexterity.

Waterproofing and breathability

An XtremeTex15+ breathable liner keeps snow and wind out while letting sweat escape, and the shell has a PFAS-free DWR finish. The mitt is waterproof and windproof while letting your hands stay warm and dry.

Fit and layering

A regular fit for women, sized XS to L. The barrel lock wrist gives a close fit and the adjustable wrist strap snugs it down. There is a duo plush finger liner and a stretch faux leather full palm, and a wrist leash keeps the mitt with you when you pull it off for a photo. The mitt is touch screen compatible.

Fabric and construction

The shell is 100% recycled polyester stretch fabric with a PFAS-free DWR. Thinsulate soft fill sits where it counts: 240 g across the back of the hand and 160 gsm in the palm. There is also a heat pocket with a YKK zip for the coldest days. The Sapporo II is a certified carbon neutral product.

Packability and weight

The average product weight is 193 g.

Care

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, or hand wash. No bleach, and do not wring them. Dry upright or on the line, away from the tumble dryer. Do not iron or dry clean.
