Samurai Mens Snow Mitt

XTM Samurai Mens Snow Mitt is a warm, hard-working men's snow mitt for skiers and boarders whose fingers feel the cold first. The shell is XTM's RE-FLEX DURO, a 100% recycled polyester stretch fabric with a PFAS-free DWR finish, packed with 260g Thinsulate across the back of the hand and 160gsm in the palm, over an XtremeTex15+ breathable liner. Black, Stone Lichen, Vivid Orange, Evergreen or Concrete, sizes XS to 2XL.

Who it's for

Anyone who spends the first chair of a July morning at Perisher with their hands tucked in their armpits. In a mitt your fingers sit together and share their warmth, and XTM rate the Samurai 3 of 4 for warmth and 3 of 4 for waterproofing. XTM give it 2 of 4 for dexterity: you trade some fine finger control for warmth, which suits riders more than anyone fiddling with bindings all day.

Waterproofing and breathability

The XtremeTex15+ liner is rated 15,000mm for water repellency, breathes so sweat can escape, and stops icy wind. On the outside, the stretch shell has a PFAS-free DWR finish, and the heat pocket closes with a waterproof YKK zip.

Fit and layering

A regular fit with free-floating fingers inside the mitt for that traditional feel. An adjustable wrist strap snugs it down, and the barrel lock wrist closes for a close fit. A wrist leash keeps the mitt with you when you pull it off on the lift. To pick a size, measure around your hand just below the knuckles and check it against XTM's glove chart.

Care

Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle, or hand wash. No bleach and no wringing. Dry the mitts upright or on the line, and keep them out of the dryer, away from the iron and away from the dry cleaner.
