Food Pouch

Restrap Food Pouch puts your snacks, phone and wallet right in front of you on the handlebars. It attaches to the front of a Restrap bar bag through magnetic mounts, with a built-in lock, so snacks sit within reach instead of buried in the roll. The Large pouch holds 3 L and has a tough textured nylon outer, a waterproof nylon lining and a water-resistant zip.

Who it's for

Bikepackers and gravel riders already running a Restrap bar bag who want quick-grab storage up front. Think lollies and gels on a long day on the Mawson Trail, a phone and sunnies on a Great Victorian Rail Trail tour, or a spare tube and multi-tool on a big Brisbane Valley gravel loop.

Fitting it to your bike

The Food Pouch is built for Restrap's own bar bag system. It attaches to the bag's magnetic mounts, and a built-in locking system adds extra security once it is on. It fits Restrap bar bags bought after November 2017; it is not compatible with earlier bags. The Large pouch can be used with Restrap's Large Bar Bag.

Capacity and what fits

The Large pouch holds 3 L, enough for a day's worth of bars and gels plus a phone and keys. The Small is the compact option when you only need a handful of snacks within reach. The Large closes with a water-resistant zip to help keep your belongings organised.
