Description

The Deuter KC Chin Pad is a large ergonomic pillow that retrofits to Deuter Kid Comfort child carriers with press studs. It supports a tired child's head, even when it drops into the corners of the carrier, weighs 150 g, and both the cushion and its removable cover wash easily.

What it does

Children fall asleep in carriers, and a sleeping head needs somewhere to go. The chin pad gives it a soft, wide cushion at the front of the cockpit, and it reaches into the corners where a drooping head tends to end up.

Which carriers it fits

Deuter make it for the press-stud fastening on the current Kid Comfort models. It is a retrofit, so it adds to a carrier you already own.

Fitting and using it

The pad fastens to the carrier's existing press studs, so there is nothing to tie on. It is grey and weighs 150 g.

Looking after it

The cover is PES Soft, a finely woven polyester, and it comes off. Deuter say both the cushion and the cover are easy to wash.
