Wash Center I

The Deuter Wash Center I is a compact wash bag that hangs up and opens flat, so a campground shower block or a hostel bathroom with no bench space is no problem. Hook it on the door, unzip it, and everything is in sight.

What it is

A 3 litre hanging toiletry bag with a stow-away hook and a removable mirror, weighing 170 g.

Who it's for

Travellers and campers who want their toiletries sorted rather than loose in a stuff sack: a caravan park amenities block on a lap of Australia, or a month of backpacking through Europe. It is sized for a personal kit; for a family's worth of bottles, a larger wash bag makes more sense.

Key details

The zip runs all the way around, so the bag opens wide. Inside, the large main compartment has mesh stash pockets and elastic loops that hold a toothbrush, razor and small bottles upright. Two flat zipped pockets, one mesh so you can see what is in it, plus a pocket on the back keep cotton buds, tablets and hair ties sorted. The hanger hook folds away when you pack it, and the mirror lifts out. The bag measures 22 x 18 x 8 cm.
