Description
Description
The Deuter Camera Box One turns a hiking pack into a camera bag. Drop it into the main compartment, unzip the front of the pack, and your camera and lenses are right there, padded and organised, with the rest of your day kit around them.
What it is
A fully padded box with configurable dividers that holds a DSLR with its lens mounted, plus up to three more lenses or accessories. It protects your gear from knocks, scratches and dust, and has its own zip lid, so it also works as a standalone camera case.
Who it's for
Photographers who walk to their shots: sunrise at Point Lookout, waterfalls in the Springbrook gorge, birds along the Lamington tracks. It suits anyone carrying a Deuter backpack of 30 L or more with a zip-around front opening, where the box sits in the main compartment and you reach your camera through the front without unpacking.
Key details
Outside, the box measures 31 x 24 x 13 cm (H x W x D). Inside, it is 27 cm high and 11.5 cm deep, 23 cm wide at the top and narrowing to 19 cm at the bottom of the curve. The padded dividers rearrange to suit your kit, and it weighs 420 g.
