CNC TLR Valve

The Lezyne CNC TLR Valve is a 44 mm tubeless-ready Presta valve machined from aluminium, sold here in black, gold and neo metallic. It weighs 6.3 g and measures 70 mm overall, and the anodised finish is a simple way to add a flash of colour to a set of wheels.

What it is

A replacement or upgrade valve for tubeless rims: the stem passes through the rim, an O-ring seals it against the rim bed, and a grooved aluminium locknut clamps it from outside.

Who it's for

Riders setting up tubeless wheels for the first time, or replacing a valve that sealant has clogged after a summer of riding the Gold Coast hinterland. The 44 mm length is the shortest of the three Lezyne makes, for low-profile rims; Lezyne's 60 mm and 80 mm versions are there for deeper road and aero rims.

The valve core tool on the cap means a clogged core can be pulled, cleaned and refitted on the trail, and the same cap snugs up the valve if it works loose.

Looking after it

When you top up sealant, pull the core with the cap tool and clean any dried sealant from the core and stem so air keeps flowing freely. Check the locknut is snug at each tyre change; the T25 tip on the cap is there for exactly that job.
