CushCore Plus is a foam tubeless tyre insert for 29 in mountain bike wheels running plus-size 2.8–3.0 in tyres on rims 32–45 mm wide inside. CushCore Plus protects the rim from hard hits, steadies the sidewall in corners and supports lower pressures. The Single pack holds one insert and one valve.

What it is

A ring of non-absorbent foam that sits inside your tubeless tyre, between the rim and the tread. It takes the sting out of square-edged hits, braces the tyre's sidewalls so they do not fold in a hard turn, and gives the rim a cushion when you case a rock garden. The Plus is CushCore's insert sized for plus tyres and wide rims, with the same job as the Pro.
