Built for the cold

Rated to work down to -20 °C, which is the difference between an intercom that works on a ski day and one that goes flat on the chairlift. IP67 waterproofing handles the snow that comes with it.

Battery you can plan around

Ten hours of talk time and ten days of standby, and a full charge in about three hours. Twenty minutes on the charger gives two hours of talk time, which covers the morning you forgot.

Mesh, not pairing

2nd generation Dynamic Mesh Communication. The group forms itself and re-joins anyone who drops out of range, so nobody stops halfway down a run to re-pair.

Is this one headset or two?
One headset. If you need to talk to a regular riding partner, the Duo pack is two of these and works out cheaper than buying twice.

How long does the battery last?
Ten hours of talk time and ten days on standby. A full charge takes about three hours, and twenty minutes gives you two hours of talk.

Will it work in the snow?
Yes - rated to -20 C and IP67 waterproof, which is why this is the Cardo we sell for skiing rather than one of the road units.

Will it pair with a different brand of intercom?
Yes over Bluetooth, which is the common language between brands. Cardo's mesh features only work Cardo to Cardo, so a mixed group falls back to a standard Bluetooth connection.

Can I leave it on the helmet in the rain?
Yes - rated IP67, so rain and washdowns are fine. Bring the helmet indoors to charge and the unit will outlast the bike.
