Description

Generous comfort is combined with unmatched durability for the most rugged expeditions. 300,000 precisely positioned, armored SuperFabric™ scales cover the entire underside of the Armored V™, creating a tough barrier that resists puncture, slashing, moisture, and abrasion. The scales are strong enough to perform in the most demanding outdoor conditions, yet are flexible enough to fold and roll for compact storage.
  • Body Mapping Technology: Our patented V-shaped design delivers support and comfort no matter how you sleep – on your side, stomach or back.
  • Side Rails: Integrated into the patterning and construction, they provide a secure, comfortable sleep by centering you on the pad and inhibiting air movement while tossing and turning.
  • Deep Weld Patterning: Unlike traditional pads that flatten the bag’s fill, Deep Welds create expansion zones that allow your bag to fully loft beneath you for improved thermal comfort.
  • Patch Kit included for emergency repairs

FAQ's

My Klymit pad seems to lose air overnight. What is an acceptable level of deflation?
Because breath is warm, when you inflate your pad, you will have full inflation at first. But after the air inside the pad cools to room temperature, it will condense and it may appear that the pad is deflating. We recommend inflating your pad 1 hour before sleep, and then topping it off right before sleep for optimal comfort. If you are experiencing more deflation than this, that is not normal! Contact us at support@klymit.com and we’ll make sure to fix this for you.

Are Klymit pads noisy?
While any inflatable pad will make some slight noise during movement, with Klymit pads there is no need to worry about sounding like you are using a potato chip bag as a sleeping mat. Klymit pads will allow you to sleep outside silently and will preserve your friendships with others while on group camping trips. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to support@klymit.com.

If I suspect a leak in my sleeping pad, how do I find and fix it?
To find a leak, submerge your inflated pad in water until bubbles ascend from somewhere on the pad. The bubbles indicate where the leak is coming from. You can also use a spray bottle with soapy water to spray the pad. These air leaks will produce additional bubbles which indicate air is escaping. If you decide to use the patch kit to repair the pad, make sure the damaged surface is clean, before applying the adhesive patches. Please wait at least 6 hours for it to cure before inflating the pad again. For pinhole leaks, we suggest using any gel super glue to repair the leak. Need some repair supplies? What is the durability of the fabric used on Klymit sleeping pads? What does the difference in denier mean?
Our sleeping pads are made using a polyester material. The thicker the fabric, the higher the denier. Most of our pads have either a standard 75 Denier fabric or a 30 Denier fabric. Both are equally durable. The lower denier is used in some of our ultralight pads to help decrease the overall weight.
